To book a notary appointment:
- Visit our Request Notary page
- Fill out the service request form with your document details
- Choose your preferred date, time, and service type (in-person or remote)
- Select from available notaries matched to your requirements
- Complete payment and receive confirmation with appointment details
You'll receive email notifications with appointment details and any required preparation instructions.
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time through your dashboard or by contacting the notary directly.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation: 24+ hours before appointment
- 50% fee: 2-24 hours before appointment
- Full fee: Less than 2 hours or no-show
Emergency situations are handled case-by-case. Contact support for assistance.
Standard Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (local time)
Extended Hours: Many notaries offer evening and weekend appointments
Remote Notarization: Available 24/7 in supported jurisdictions
Emergency Services: Same-day appointments available for urgent needs (additional fees may apply)
Document Services
We can notarize a wide variety of documents including:
- Real estate documents (deeds, mortgages)
- Wills and estate planning documents
- Powers of attorney

- Affidavits and sworn statements
- Travel documents and consents
- Educational certificates
- Employment agreements
- Financial documents
- Medical forms and directives

Required Items:
- Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.)
- Original documents to be notarized (unsigned)
- Any supporting documents mentioned in your appointment confirmation
Important Notes:
- DO NOT sign documents before the appointment
- Bring all parties who need to sign
- Review documents beforehand to ensure they're complete
- For remote sessions, test your camera and internet connection
Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to get documents notarized via secure video call.
Process:
- Upload documents to our secure platform
- Join video session with certified notary
- Complete identity verification using ID and biometric checks
- Review and sign documents electronically
- Receive notarized documents with digital seal
Requirements:
- Available in select jurisdictions only
- Stable internet and device with camera/microphone
- Government-issued photo ID
Account & Profile
Creating an account is quick and easy:
- Click "Register" in the top navigation
- Choose "I need notary services" for client account
- Fill in your basic information (name, email, phone)
- Create a secure password
- Verify your email address
For notaries wanting to join our platform, select "I am a licensed notary" and complete the professional verification process.
To reset your password:
- Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for reset instructions
- Click the reset link and create a new password
If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
To update your profile:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to "Profile" or "Account Settings"
- Update the desired information
- Click "Save Changes"
You can update contact information, preferences, and notification settings. Some changes may require email verification.
