Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate identification and information

• Appear personally before the notary (or via approved remote method)
• Pay applicable fees as agreed

Session Recording and Compliance

For legal compliance and quality assurance:

• Video and audio recordings may be made of notarization sessions
